Point Buy System (Pilot Stat Plan B)

An alternative method for establishing character pilot stats without requiring the Random Number Generator.

All characters will start with their stats set to the baseline of 10. This provides a neutral value that neither harms nor benefits a character in combat. After establishing this basic set of stats, characters will be given 16 stat points to distribute however they desire. This gives you the freedom to pick where your character excels at without creating super characters who are masters at everything. They can either be geared for excellence in one specific stat, or have a balanced set for all rounding occasions.

Starting total for any particular stat will be capped at 18.

"Leveling" and gaining more stats will remain unchanged.

Base Pilot Stats

• Shooting: 10
• Melee: 10
• Reaction: 10
• Defense: 10
• Tech: 10

Stat Points Available: 16

Also, along side of the Pilot stats are the Character's personal stats. 

All characters will start with their stats set to the baseline of 10. This provides a neutral value that neither harms nor benefits a character. After establishing this basic set of stats, characters will be given 22 stat points to distribute however they desire. 

Once more, the max starting stat will be maxed at 18. 

"Leveling" and gaining more stats will remain unchanged.
