"Leveling Up"
With stats, it is inevitable someone will want to improve their skills. Especially those who got burdened with low rolls. Every four missions a character completes, they may add two additional stat points to distribute however they choose, with the exception of Awakening until it is unlocked. Stat Points will be granted only to a maximum of 6 times, meaning 24 missions before they are no longer distributed. This is to prevent excessive stat capping.
Mission Totals for Stat Gain: 4/8/12/16/20/24
Personal Stat Increase:
Like above with Pilot Stats, if you don't like your Personal Stats, every six missions you gain 2 stat points to distribute how you please. You can only gain this bonus 5 times, so roughly 30 missions. Alternatively, you can gain an additional skill proficiency.
