Locke's Pathfinders have found evidence of an extensive resource cache outside of the Resistance's normal search zones. Normally the Resistance would not expand its operations so far away from the Vault, but the opportunity for new weapons and equipment is rare and the Commander considers the chance worth the risk. Given the large distance and lack of immediate intelligence of the area, the Resistance dispatches a mobile suit team to investigate and secure the cache.
