Stats:

• Aim: Used to modify ranged weapon accuracy.
• Mobility: Used to modify melee weapon accuracy.
• Speed: Used to modify evasion rating.
• Evasion Rating: The minimum roll required to hit the target with a weapon.

Speed, Aim, and Mobility cap at +3! Any higher requires special systems. A machine can go lower than -3 however.

Durability: Tier x 500 points distributed as evenly as possible based on appearance. Base Durability points will also include half tiers/upgrades as listed (Tier 2, 2.5, 3, ect...). The rarity of the machine will not impact Durability point totals. Equipment such as shields will not count against or for Durability allocation, as their durability is separate from the machine itself and will be listed on the equipment profile.


Durability by tier:

• Mobile Suit: Tier x 250 = total durability points
• Mobile Armor: Tier x 250 + 25%
• Non MS/MA Machines: Tier x 175
• Ships: Tier x 1000
• Shields:
  Light: Tier x 100
  Medium Shields: Tier x 125
  Heavy Shields:: Tier x 150

Armor Class: Will provide a bonus to durability based on armor typing. This may also apply for Shield durability, although with a separate base total.

Armor class can be changed through a purchase in the Armory. In general, Medium class machines can upgrade or downgrade to either Heavy or Light, Light class can only upgrade to Medium, and Heavy can only downgrade to Medium. Changing armor class will alter the machine's durability and speed/mobility modifiers.

• Light: (200 x tier. Units should be faster and more mobile for superior dodging/attack accuracy to compensate. Cannot equip Heavy armor but can use Medium as an upgrade.)
• Medium: (Average typing, no bonus. Should be used as the base for both Light and Heavy durability points)
• Heavy: (Highest armor class, think Virtue or Gusion. 300 x tier. Will have reduced mobility but likely stronger weaponry and can take more hits to compensate. Only its evasion should be impacted, accuracy will be unchanged (excluding Light armor modifiers))

Special Markers
Some mobile suits are unique amongst their tier. Machines marked as "Legendary" are for the most part strictly Gundams, though machines that are on par with Gundams can also share this designation. "Rare" machines are typically limited production models that generally had improved performance compared to the standard machine of its tier. Below is a list of markers to look out for and what they do.

• Legendary: Has special abilities plus improved stats.
• Rare: Has improved stats and in special cases may also possess a special ability. If it's an improvement over a standard model, may also be half a tier higher than its basis.
• Degraded: The machine has not aged well or has been poorly maintained, has reduced stats and special abilities may be locked but they could be restored with effort. May be applied on top of either Legendary or Rare.

Equipment Space: We should keep this as close to how the machine's arsenal is listed on the wiki for base models. Adding additional weapon spaces, such as a drive arm for a shoulder mounted shield can be purchased in the shop but basic units will have weapon slots based on the wiki armaments. A machine that is newly purchased will have only a basic armament based on it's wiki page and weapon slots. For example the GM listed above, only the Vulcan guns which are built in and maybe a sword or rifle, not necessarily beam rifles or beam sabers though until those become more available.

We should keep the weapon slots generalized, a machine that has a slot for a beam saber should instead have that slot listed as Melee. Any close range weapon, from actual swords to fist/foot weapons to spears can be used for that slot if beam sabers are unavailable. A rifle slot will be designated Rifle, Sniper rifles also fall under this category but have restrictions based on character specialization. Weapons such as cannons or bazookas will fall under the Artillery category for slots. Weapons that are built into the machine itself, such as Vulcan guns, do not count towards any slots unless that weapon has been replaced in the past.

Weapons designed for machines such as the God Gundam may require an optional Fist or Foot slot to match their unique armament if the user wants to customize it beyond its base weaponry. This should also apply for machines with unique weapon slots such as the Unicorn Gundam and its wrist sabers. Weapons such as Exia's GN Sword/Rifle would count as Melee for weapon slot, but have both functions as designed. Cheridum Gundam's Pistol/Axes will work the same, but using a Pistol slot instead. This should give us a basic guideline and make heavy customization less necessary to get the full use of your machine and the weapons it can use.

Weapon types by category

• Improvised: This category encompasses anything that isn't normally considered an actual weapon, such as trees, boulders, limbs of other machines, ect. Damage-wise they do the same as a basic unarmed punch plus 5 damage. They require no slots but cannot be retained after battle and can only be used once.
• Fist/Foot: Technically every machine with arms and legs has these. Any Fist or Foot weapon falls under this category. This slot should only be listed when actively used. Anything from G Gundam must list these by default though.
• Melee: Any close ranged weapon; Daggers, maces, swords, ect.
• Heavy Melee: Any larger bladed or blunt melee weapon such as Buster Swords, Heavy Maces, ect. Any Heavy Melee weapon requires two hands to use and thus cannot be dual wielded except under special circumstances. Technically not a true category.
• Gun: Any gun or firearm such as pistols, rifles, sniper rifles, machine guns, ect.
• Artillery: Any particularly large, heavy, or explosive ranged weapon; Cannons, Bazookas, Rocket Launchers, Heavy Rifles, Railguns, ect.
• Throwing: The category for any throwing weapons such as grenades, throwing daggers, the occasional throwing axe. Technically any thrown weapon also counts here. Not an actual category anymore as it typically falls under Melee or Artillery based on the weapon.
• Remote: The category for all remote weapons such as Bits, Fangs, Funnels, ect. Like Throwing, Remote relies on a set. A remote slot may be added to a machine through an upgrade in the armory. May not retain slot status in the future.
• Shield: Shields are typically large metal sheets designed to protect the wielder from damage. All shields require one free arm to wield unless specifically noted otherwise on either the shield or a machine. The arm (or shoulder) may still be used for weaponry, included mounted weaponry. Not an actual category and does not take up a slot unless specifically stated to.

Mobile suit damage modifiers.
Each suit adds damage to the weapons they are using.  The combined bonus for the suit is 20 times the tier of the unit, and is divided between Range and Melee depending on the capability of the suit.

This bonus will be on top of the damage done by the weapon used. This amount is divided by the number of attacks the weapon used does in combat, before the weapon hits.

To show how this works, we will use the basic GM Camouf unit for a demonstration model.
This GM is equipped with a basic rifle as it's weapon. The GM Camouf unit is a medium tier 2 unit with a bonus of 20 for Ranged weapons. The Rifle has a 60 Damage rating. The GM can do a total of 80 points of damage thanks to the rifle damage and the suit damage bonus.

As the units improve, this amount will go up based off of tier. Even with more advanced units, this will still be able to be used. We can use equipment to allow a pilot to shift bonus points from one bonus to another to allow a unit to be able to do more with ranged or melee weapons, while weakening the other weapon type.
