  Effect: Can be connected to one beam weapon. While connected, the weapon has its recharge time reduced by one turn.
  Beam weapons that cannot normally be recharged can be. Rifles take one turn to recharge and Sniper Rifles or Artillery take two.
  Second Effect: Beam Weapons connected to this generator also deal an additional X damage (weapon tier x 5).
  Warning: Generator is stationary and external to the MS. MS cannot benefit from Speed bonuses while using the generator. The generator can be disconnected as a free action, but requires one action to connect.
